DO YOU ONLY USE MEDJOOL DATES?

Yes we do. Our dates are 100% organic Californian medjool dates; specially selected for their flavour texture.
 

DO YOU USE ANY ADDITIVES?

We don’t use any additives, preservatives, acids, colours, emulsifiers, flavouring agents, gelling, thickening or stabilizing agents.
 

DO YOUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN ALLERGENS?

We do not make our products using any of the most common allergens including:

  • Cereals containing gluten, namely: wheat (such as spelt and khorasan wheat), rye, barley, oats
  • Crustaceans for example prawns, crabs, lobster, crayfish
  • Eggs
  • Fish
  • Peanuts
  • Soybeans
  • Milk (including lactose)
  • Nuts; namely almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pecan nuts, Brazil nuts, pistachio nuts, macadamia (or Queensland) nuts
  • Celery (including celeriac)
  • Mustard
  • Sesame
  • Sulphur dioxide/sulphites
  • Lupin, which includes lupin seeds and flour and can be found in types of bread, pastries and pasta
  • Molluscs like, mussels, whelks, oysters, snails and squid WHAT’S THE SHELF-LIFE? Our products stay fit for consumption for up to 6 months.
     
ARE DATES GOOD FOR YOU?

Absolutely. Dates are high in fibre, high in potassium, high is polyphenols and are a good source of unrefined, natural sugar.
 

WHERE CAN I BUY YOUR PRODUCTS?

You can buy our products through our website and via Amazon.
 

SHOULD I REFRIGERATE?

We recommend refrigerating our products once they have been opened.
 

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

UK standard delivery is (5-7 days) and shipping cost is displayed separately to product cost. Delivery options and associated costs are displayed before checkout. Shipping for wholesale will be stipulated at time of enquiry and may vary depending on quantity and destination and is subject to tax, duties or custom charges.

WHAT ABOUT RETURNS & REFUNDS?

We will refund your order in case of damage or fault. Please email office@d8made.com with details of your order and a photograph of any damage. Once we have been in contact confirming your refund, you will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
 

HOW CAN I UNSUBSCRIBE FROM EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS?

We would be sad to say goodbye, but if at any point you do not wish to hear from us there are a number of ways you can unsubscribe. These are as follows: You can click onto the "unsubscribe" link in any communication that we send to you by email which will automatically unsubscribe you from that type of communication. Each "unsubscribe" link only relates to that specific type of communication (e.g. marketing communications or survey communications). This means that unsubscribing from marketing communications will not automatically unsubscribe you from our survey communications (or vice versa). Please also note that you may continue to receive communications which are already en route to you for a short period of time while your relevant unsubscribe request is being processed. Please note that in relation to our in-house CRM system, you have the right to request that we update or amend your preferences (e.g. you can specify that you are happy for us to send you e-receipts, but that you would prefer not to be included on our marketing mailing list, or vice versa). However, should you wish for your details to be removed from our CRM system completely, you can contact our customer services using the contact details above. HOW LONG DO YOU KEEP PERSONAL INFORMATION FOR? We keep your personal information in line with our company retention policy. We only retain information for as long as it is required.
